Viva Allegiance Staffing! Recognizing Our Award-Winning Team in Mexico

Delivering excellent staffing service to our client companies deserves special recognition, especially to celebrate winning Best of Staffing for the 11th consecutive year.
In January, our executive team and top performing sales teams from Texas, North Carolina, and Alabama traveled to Mexico for a full week of team building, award recognition, and encouragement to continue achieving excellence for our valued clients.
The excursion took us to Hacienda del Secreto in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, an amazing-five star resort with oceanfront villas, wellness opportunities, and other amenities.
The highlights of the trip were a special awards ceremony and a sales training session provided by Joel Schaffer, principal of Butler Street.

Allegiance Staffing president Tom Landry hosted the awards ceremony and distributed the following awards to the top sales performers:
- $1.0M club to $7.0M club recipients for 2019
- Highest Market Revenue Increase (Dollars and Percentage) from 2018 to 2019
- Sales Quota Achievements for 2019
- Most New Sales in 2019
